This dealerships service department and customer service sucks! Has trained Toyota techs that can't even do a hundred dollar oil change right. Shorted me a whole quart of oil only topped off when I rode them about it. Wonder how many other customers they pulled this on. So here is some quick math. Let's say minimum of 8 oil changes a day on trucks. 52weeks a year 5 days a week and 11 dollars a qt of synthetic oil. Adds up to around 20k minimum a year they are stealing from customers. Now if this is standard operating practice over all of the Jimmy Vasser dealerships you can see where this goes. Service Manager only offered a apology and I'll talk to my people speech. Never tried to earn back my business. If they can't do a oil change right what else aren't they doing right? What else are they stealing!?
