Well, where do I start? As my husband and I continue to unpack our precious items, I'm finding broken items. Did we pack it? Yes, and did one hell of a job and spent a lot of money on newsprint, bubble wrap, and air pillows. Not to mention used ALL of our blankets, pillows for even more extra protection because we moved out of state so we wanted everything to make it safely. I believe this all happened during the packing because we we're sharing the truck with another family going to Montana which we didn't even know about except by over hearing a conversation. They did even get a price cut for sharing the truck or ever a straight answer when we inquired about it. The cost for the whole move was over 12,000.00 dollars. Anyway, back to the loading of the truck. Alot of our stuff was marked up and boxes smashed or busted up. Yes, we signed the completed paperwork but you really DONT see much until you start unpacking. Longer story short...they crammed our things in and many things were damaged or destroyed. Scott, he was good but your packers are not. For 12,000.00 should have been better AND should have gotten a price cut for sharing the truck with another family. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
